QWB submersible sewage pump adopts the hydraulic design of anti clogging or cutting function design. Strong particle passing ability. The device rotates with the motor shaft, having extremely strong stirring force, stirring the sediment within the sewage pool into the suspension, sucking into pump body to exhaust, improving the anti blocking, discharge capacity of pump, one-time completing drainage, cleaning, desilting and saving operation cost. It is environmentally friendly product with obvious advantages and the utility.

Structure:

The motor of QWB submersible sewage pump is on top of the whole set, and the insulation class is F. The shaft seal is the combination of rotary sealing ring and double-end mechanical seal. Rotary sealing ring plays a role as keeping the slurry out, at same time, it is also used as the first sealing, by reducing the weight of whole pump putting on the mechanical seal directly. There are two set of double-end mechanical seal in the pump & motor set. The first one in on the pump side, using to prevent from the sewage water, and the second one is on the motor side, which has a function of preventing the linkage of lubrication oil.
